Aevum Pre-Deployment Readiness Report
Overall Decision: No-Go
Version v1.9 | Date: 2026-04-19 | Owner: PM / Architecture Control Layer
This version captures the latest PM validation of Antigravity's final cleanup pass. The repo is very close, but one active release-control document still reads like a legal/release approval instrument, and the readiness pack still needs one more tightening pass before PM can accept it as the final baseline.
What Improved
PrivacyManifestoView.swift now uses materially safer local-first language.
- The strongest cloud/offline/erasure wording has been reduced across several active files.
- Phase 6 statuses were downgraded in some key GDPR artifacts from overconfident to partial/gap language.
What Still Blocks Acceptance
TestFlight_Legal_Gate_Report.html still reads like an active approval artifact.
- It still contains multiple
✅ PASSED compliance/readiness rows.
- It still says
Audit Status: CLOSED.
- It still claims architecture matches explicit policy definitions.
- The Phase 6 pack still contains some “Implemented and evidenced” labels that PM has not accepted as fully evidenced.
Primary Remaining Blocker
File: Docs/06_Release_Control/TestFlight_Legal_Gate_Report.html
- Still behaves like a current legal gate approval document instead of a cautious working draft.
- Contains
✅ PASSED rows for Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, App Privacy, and Apple Readiness.
- Still references code traceability mappings and risk conclusions as if formally settled.
- Still ends with a strong validation narrative, even though the final banner was softened.
This file should either be downgraded to a clearly marked working draft/non-authoritative artifact or rewritten so it reflects PM-controlled uncertainty instead of approval.
PM Verdict
No-Go remains
- Engineering baseline is strong.
- Archive/provisioning remains externally blocked by Apple account state.
- Phase 5B is not yet accepted.
- Phase 6 is not yet accepted as the final evidence baseline.
